What makes you different from other photographers and videographers?

We are different because our job is make sure our clients have the best experience on their wedding day. The moments we deliver to our clients aren’t the photos and videos you see everyday on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and etc. We go above and beyond to capture uniques shots that most photographers and videographers don’t offer.

Your price is more than other photographers and videographers, how do most client afford you?

Most of our clients book us 1 to 3 years in advance of their wedding day. They either make payments over time or save up the full balance to pay before the wedding.

What is your style?

We specialize in capturing every moment of your wedding day, blending candid shots, traditional poses, and any Pinterest or Instagram-inspired ideas you love. All your photos and films will be professionally edited to reflect our signature style.

Do we get all of the photos and video clips you take from our wedding day and engagement session?

No, trust me you don’t want everything. Kalvin and his team spend hours processing your images and video clips prior to delivery.

How do I reserve a date?

Clients must sign a contract and place a booking fee.

Do you travel outside of Sacramento?

Yes, Kalvin is willing to travel as long travel expenses for Kalvin and his assistant/second shooter are covered. Travel rates are based on time of the year and location.

How many photographers and videographers are on your team?

For each wedding, our team brings 2 photographers and 2 videographers. For engagement and save-the-date sessions, we always bring an assistant as well.

Why do you bring a second photographer/videographer?

I bring a second photographer and videogrpaher to ensure none of the special moments on your big day are missed. With a second photographer and videographer, we can capture every detail from multiple angles, giving you a richer, more complete perspective of your celebration.

How do you back up our wedding?

We shoot all our weddings using cameras equipped with dual SD card slots to ensure that footage is safe, even in case of a technical issue. After your wedding, we back up your footage on a solid-state drive, an external hard drive, and our cloud server for added security.

How do we receive our products?

Clients will get access to their photos and videos via an online link so share it with their family and friends.

What kind of equipment do you use?

At KLu Photo and Video, we use top-of-the-line equipment to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our gear is optimized for low-light environments, such as dimly lit churches and venues. Along with high-quality lenses, we bring additional lighting equipment to enhance spaces that need extra illumination.

Our experienced team is fully prepared to capture fast-paced weddings in any lighting situation. We also come equipped with backup cameras, lenses, batteries, stabilizers, SD cards, and lighting gear to ensure everything runs smoothly. From multiple angles to aerial coverage (weather permitting), we’ve got every moment covered.
